Important Notes For Registration:
- The Master Class is conducted over two full days.
- All course fee stated is not inclusive of any applicable tax or bank charges.
- Full payment is required with registration to confirm your reservations.
- The course fee includes 2 lunches, 4 refreshments and one hard copy of the course materials.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject any registrations from non-healthcare related organizations and make any amendments that it deems to be in the interest of the attendees or event without any obligation/prior notice.
Cancellation & Replacement:
- Replacement is possible if the enrolled delegate is not able to attend the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances subject to approval of the organiser.
- Administrative charge for cancellation received in writing:
+10% if more than 21 days’ notice is given prior to the event date
+50% if less than 21 days’ notice is given prior to the event date
+There is no refund whatsoever if notice is given less than 14 days before the event date or for "no show".
With your registration and payment, you are deemed to have accepted all the above terms & conditions.
Corporate Training
Whilst public courses are conducted periodically in selected Asian countries, Corporate workshops could be arranged on shorter notice. It is charged at a daily rate subject to the number of participants and location, excluding airfares and accommodations.
